List configured workflows and pipelines

GET https://api.xstream.uniphore.com/v1/workflows

Retrieves metadata for all pipelines or workflows that have been configured within the platform’s UI. Each entry contains the workflow’s globally unique identifier (GUID), name, description, creation and update timestamps, owner, and any custom labels. Data Scientists can use this to discover which automated pipelines are available for triggering.
